The powerful meaning of Kyrios Christos

About the author

Hi, I’m Audrey — welcome to Kyrios Christos. I have a naturally inquisitive mind and a deep appreciation for meaningful research (yes, beyond the internet — real books still count!).
I’m passionate about studying God’s Word and investigating spiritual movements, their origins, and their influence through a biblical lens. I find it deeply engaging to explore how human behaviour and spirituality intertwine, and how these connections compare with the truth found in Christ.

While I don’t hold a theological degree or a PhD (though that dream isn’t off the table!), my pursuit of knowledge is intentional and rooted in a love for truth. This blog is where I share what I learn and reflect, inviting others to grow in biblical discernment and understanding.

My story

My journey before coming to Christ was shaped by emotional vulnerability and a search for truth that led me through the occult. When I became a Christian, I spent a decade (including many years on staff) within a spiritually abusive mega church system. Though painful, that season deepened my hunger for Scripture and revealed the freedom found in sound, biblical teaching. Discovering Reformed theology brought clarity, healing, and a renewed desire to pursue spiritual truth.

Kyrios Christos is my response to that journey — a place for sharing biblical insight, exposing deception, and encouraging others to return to the true knowledge of Christ through God’s Word.

My testimony : Delivered from spiritual darkness and deceit

My profile

I began my first Christian blog in 2007, just a few years after coming to faith — though I much later realised I wasn’t sharing sound doctrine and had to rebuild from the ground up (twice!). Over the years, I’ve helped translate and proofread Christian resources and have worked as a content manager, editor, and occasional writer for a couple of Christian websites.

I’ve also studied through Formation Didachè, an online Bible school focused on Reformed theology and church history — a rich and transformative experience. Originally from France, I’ve called the UK home for over 20 years, and I’m blessed to be a wife and mother of three wonderful children.

Titles and roles aside, the most important truth is this: I’m just a sinner, saved by Grace — and without Christ, I can do nothing.
